By downloading, accessing, or using the TraderRule application and website (the "Service"), operated by DalmaTech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Nature of Service and Financial Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

TraderRule is strictly a productivity, discipline, and habit-tracking tool designed for traders. DalmaTech LLC is NOT a registered broker, financial advisor, or investment firm. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any rules, playbooks, or routines tracked within the app are for educational and self-management purposes only. Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. DalmaTech LLC shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred through your trading activities.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

TraderRule offers a free tier and premium subscription plans (TraderRule PRO).

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection. Payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (for web purchases), and managed via RevenueCat.

• Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID, Google Play account settings, or our web portal.

• Refunds: All charges are non-refundable, subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores or applicable consumer laws.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using TraderRule, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app's source code or API.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and UI/UX design within TraderRule are the exclusive property of DalmaTech LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DalmaTech LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
